The BMXNZ Major Events are hosted in track facilities delivered by clubs but the racing managed by BMXNZ. These events hosts are selected via a bid & allocation process with the BMXNZ Board. Allocation is set three years prior to the event date.

The event bids are submitted within the first half of each year & allocation is announced at the BMXNZ AGM in July.
